Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Digital items (actions, presets, guides, downloads, etc.) are processed automatically via our shop's digital download email delivery system.  Be sure to backup your download as each order is assigned 1 download link/file.  The download link will expire after successful download.  Please only click the download link on the computer/hard drive where you will install/use/have access to the digital file.  We are not responsible for computer hardware/software and/or failure/data/damage loss.  We charge a processing fee of $10USD per order# to provide new download emails.

If you have purchased the mentoring program, instructions will be provided via email.  Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.  Ensuring you submit all the requested information in a timely manner will reduce the time to be processed.  We only accept a limited amount of new students a month, with enrollment beginning the 1st of every month.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   Any refunds on shipping may occur during handling.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sunnymelongoodies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
