Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all subscription-based products and recurring purchase plans offered through sunnymelongoodies.com. By selecting a purchase option, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Terms

Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase plan at any time through your Customer Account portal.

Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

Effect of Cancellation: Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the benefits of your purchase option until the end of your current pre-paid billing period. No further charges will be applied.
2. Digital Downloads & Access Fees

Administrative Fees: Please note that once a digital download link is issued, it is the customer's responsibility to save the file. A $10 USD administrative fee applies to all requests to reset or renew expired digital download links.

Non-Refundable Status: Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, fees for purchase options and link resets are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
3. Refunds

Recurring Charges: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a subscription period after cancellation.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase options, please contact support immediately so we can resolve the issue before your next billing cycle.
4. Policy Updates
SunnyMelon Goodies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all subsequent renewals.
How to cancel: Log in to your account, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel." If you require assistance or need to request a link reset (subject to the $10 fee), please contact our support team.
